Every commit against the manifesto itself, newest first, read straight out of the book's version history — so this list cannot be curated after the fact and cannot quietly stop. A chapter becoming readable is the list above; this is the repair, the argument and the housekeeping underneath it. It is an engineering record and reads like one: these are the notes we write to each other, published unedited rather than tidied up for you.
